Requirements
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (M.Sc. is a plus)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM, IT operations, or service delivery roles
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix/Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira Service Management, or similar)
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments including networks, systems, and cloud services
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
