Senior Service Sales Manager (FOOD)

We are a leading global provider of processing and packaging technology seeking a Senior Service Sales Manager for our Thailand location. The role involves expanding our sales-team in Asia Pacific, promoting service products to achieve sales goals, and coordinating with the customer service and field service team.

Requirements

• Responsible for Service sale activities in assigned countries, Malaysia, Indonesia
• Promote service products (Spare part, service, and upgrade/modernization) to achieve sales goals
• Work closely with the customer service and field service team to deliver part & services in a timely manner
• Coordinate and steer Agents in the region
• Conduct the market analysis for market potential follow by the product portfolio planning and strategies
• Provide monthly forecasting and pipeline management
• Responsible for customer complaints and problem solving
• Build and maintain close relationship with customers and Agents
• Customer visits for technical and sales discussions and promote service products
