Job Description
The Site Director will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the site in Schopfheim, including overall responsibility for production, planning, purchasing, logistics, and quality. They will lead the site team, prioritize and control Lean and CI programs, and report to the management of the Syntegon Group.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable qualification
- At least seven years of leadership experience in operations, production, and supply chain
- Demonstrated success in the area of Lean/CI (e.g., Green/Black Belt or verifiable project references)
- Experience in a matrix organization and collaboration with HR and handling co-determination issues and the works council
- Distinct leadership competence and secure stakeholder management
