Job Description
We are a company that provides processing and packaging technology for the pharmaceutical and food industries. As a Team Leader Field Service, you will be responsible for site management, supervision, and training of Field Service Engineers, and performing technical activities such as problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and machine overhauls.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in electrical and mechanical engineering
- 8-10 years of working experience in the Pharma Packaging industry
- Working experience in management of regional field service
- Technical knowledge about our machines and customers' applications
- Analytical and communication skills
- Sales skills, Leadership skills, and strategic future orientation
- Good verbal communication and written English skills
- PLC / HMI software experience in Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or Rexroth
