Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work with enterprise clients to implement, customize, and optimize Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions for their unique environments.
Requirements
- Spanish fluency is mandatory
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Strong technical acumen and customer empathy
- Hands-on problem solving skills and experience with code (Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations)
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations or integrations
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
