We are recruiting a Team Preparation Chef on a CDI basis on the PIERRELATTE site. The mission is to manage a team of 40 to 70 people, supervise preparation, loading, and shipping of orders, and ensure quality and safety. A background in logistics, management, or equivalent is required, with a good knowledge of the retail or collective catering sector an asset.

- First successful experience in team management, ideally in a preparation order, distribution, or logistics environment
- Good knowledge of the retail or collective catering sector
- Ability to manage different profiles, sense of listening, communication, and analysis

- Ability to delegate effectively, prioritize tasks, and propose adapted solutions in the face of unforeseen circumstances
