We are recruiting a Department Chef - Restaurant to animate and develop client and prospect portfolio in public markets, self-managed communities and procurement centers. The role involves analyzing customer needs, developing sales volumes and ensuring compliance with the group's pricing and commercial policy rules.

Requirements

• Commercial temperament and passion for the restaurant and food product sale
• Autonomy in organizing activity
• Experience in B to B sales in the catering sector outside the home
• Sensitivity to hygiene and food safety rules
• Mastery of the cold chain, ISO 22000 standard
• Proficiency in office software (pack office)
