Superviseur, Transport / Transportation Supervisor

Sysco is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to manage delivery operations and achieve corporate objectives. The role involves supervising drivers and driver assistants, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar operational environment
• DEC in management or other relevant education/experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (trust-building, conflict management)
• Inspiring, motivating leadership; attentive to team needs
• Proven ability to build an engaged and high-performing team
• Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, confidence, and integrity
• Organized, methodical, and focused on continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sound decision-making based on analysis, reflection, experience, and judgment
• Strong health and safety competencies (risk identification and analysis)
• Excellent self-management (stress and pressure handling)
• Comfortable with computer systems (MS Office and time & attendance systems—an asset)
