Electronics Technician II - NC

Performs installation, repair, and maintenance services on mass notification systems, electronic security systems, video management systems, closed circuit TV systems, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems. Requires 2+ years of experience and knowledge of low voltage system installation, electronics repair, and system programming.

Requirements

• General knowledge of systems installation requirements
• Installation of conduit and cabling, system equipment enclosures, device mounting and placement
• Network hardware installation & configuration
• Installation of MNS, VMS, IDS, and ACS control panels
• Electrical power requirements
• NEC and NFPA knowledge
• BICSI knowledge
• Producing and submitting documentation related to systems installed
• Up to 75% travel for system installations, repairs, and maintenance
• System testing and customer acceptance of newly installed systems
