Job Description
Performs installation, repair, and maintenance services on mass notification systems, electronic security systems, video management systems, closed circuit TV systems, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems. Requires travel and supports system testing and customer acceptance of newly installed systems.
Requirements
- General knowledge of systems installation requirements
- Installation of conduit and cabling, system equipment enclosures, device mounting and placement
- Network hardware installation & configuration, installation of MNS, VMS, IDS, and ACS control panels
- Electrical power requirements, NEC and NFPA knowledge
- BICSI knowledge
- Producing and submitting documentation related to systems installed
- Supports system testing and customer acceptance of newly installed systems
