Job Description
SystImmune is a leading clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support corporate, clinical, and scientific organization. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in biotech or pharma.
- Demonstrated HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting corporate, clinical, and scientific teams.
- Prior experience combining HR partnership responsibilities with recruiting.
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management and coaching.
