Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX, responsible for processing and reconciling payroll within established deadlines while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience processing both union and non-union payroll
- Experience with multi-state and local payroll tax regulations
- Experience with ADP Vantage and/or ADP Workforce Now
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, garnishments, and tax regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
