Job Description
Renowned company dedicated to the breeding of Colombian high-stepping horses is looking for a Client Retention and Experience Executive in Tenjo Cundinamarca (or nearby areas). Perform continuous follow-up on contracts and services sold, ensuring their proper execution and compliance, and maintain constant communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in client retention, customer service.
- Experience in handling customers through telephone, email, and in-person.
- Live in Tenjo or nearby (or have a car).
