General Manager position leading company operations, establishing strategic direction, and ensuring general objectives are met.
Requirements
- Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or affiliated careers
- Specialization or Master's degree
- English proficiency for international tenders and project management
- Sales ability and knowledge of logistics rates, focusing on the Latin American market
- Strong knowledge of Pricing, P&L, revenue in the Freight Forwarding segment
- Project Management, Procurement and Transversal Financial Knowledge to lead general management
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding and international logistics contract management
- Ability to manage relationships with shipping companies and handle international shipments, especially from Asia (e.g., container shipments)
- Customs: integrated management of the supply chain
