Job Description
Seeking a General Manager to lead the strategy, operation and finance of a recognized educational company in Bogotá, driving profitable growth and implementing ERP/CRM. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on defining and executing the 5-year strategic plan, and will be responsible for P&L management, technological transformation, and high-level leadership.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management or related to business resource management
- 5+ years in management positions of medium-sized companies
- 3+ years leading personnel/administrative-financial management/Human Resources
- Intermediate English (desired another)
