Job Description
Lead corporate transition and exponential business growth to the next revenue level in the Mass Consumption (FMCG) and Food Manufacturing sectors in Bogotá. Directly report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for financial, operational, and strategic management of the company.
Requirements
- Academic Formation: Professional in Engineering (Industrial, Food, Chemistry, etc.), Business Administration, Finance, or related careers
- Consolidated Direct Leadership Experience: Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, with more than 5 years of proven experience successfully performing as General Manager
- Sectoral Background Indispensable: Concentrated experience in the Mass Consumption (FMCG) or Food sectors, with a non-negotiable requirement of having managed operations including production plants and manufacturing
- Executive Leadership: Solid direct financial control and an excellent ability to build consensus, align visions with boards of directors, and foster a high-performance culture (accountability) in high-growth environments
