We are a leading multinational company in the Mass Consumption sector (food) looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Food in Bogotá. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leading strategic opportunities for growth and development of new businesses that generate sustainable value for the company.

Requirements

• Professional degree in fields such as Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial or director positions from the commercial, financial, relationship, and negotiation B2B areas.
• Previous experience in companies from the food industry (additives, ingredients, raw materials for food development).
• Experience in the expansion of national and/or international markets.
• Affinity for visiting clients.
• Full dedication to work in the field, with outstanding skills in negotiation and understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong commercial drive and determination, with an aggressive attitude in achieving commercial objectives.
• Financial experience (P&G).
• Level of English B2 - C1 (exclusive).
