The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leading strategic growth and development opportunities for new businesses that generate sustainable value for the company.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or administrative, commercial, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in management or director positions (verticals, lines, divisions, companies, etc.) from the commercial, financial, relationship, and negotiation B2B areas
- Previous experience in mass consumption - (food industry companies, environment, and business development B2B)
- Experience in expanding national and/or international markets
- Affinity for visiting clients
- Full dedication to work in the field, with outstanding negotiation and market dynamics skills
- Strong commercial drive and determination, with an aggressive attitude towards achieving commercial objectives
- Financial experience (P&G)
- English level B2 - C1 (exclusive)
