Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a KAM in the convenience channel
- Real experience managing accounts (not support roles)
- Highly autonomous, self-driven, and with a lot of drive profile
- Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills
- Strong financial analysis and data management skills
- High tolerance for frustration and resilience
- Intermediate to advanced English (B2)
- Availability for field work and client visits
- Background in mass consumption (essential)
