KAM Food Service - Segmento HORECA

Renowned multinational company in the mass consumption and food solutions B2B sector is looking for a KAM Food Service - HORECA Segment in Bogotá, who will be responsible for developing and scaling businesses in strategic accounts of the channel, directly attending large restaurant chains, 5-star hotels, universities, caterings, and institutional clients, promoting high-value solutions with a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Professional graduated in administrative areas, foods, gastronomy, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts or large clients of the Food Service channel (HORECA, BAKERY, institutional), ideally with a consultative B2B focus.
• Experience attending clients such as large restaurant chains, 5-star hotels, universities, caterings, or institutional clients, either directly or through distributors.
• Advanced skills in negotiation and numerical analysis (gross margin, profitability, revenue per product, etc).
• Ability to manage integral accounts and result-oriented, ability to execute in the field, with experience structuring commercial proposals beyond volume.
