Job Description
T3W Business Solutions is seeking a Drafter/CAD Operator to support Corporate Operations and Chief Technology Office in Norco, CA. The role involves converting as-built information to BIM CAD drawings, assisting with infrastructure assessments, and creating project plans. This is a contract position within an organization focused on optimizing space and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Acquire access to classified spaces for CAFM support
- Convert as-built information to BIM CAD drawings
- Draft and illustrate construction drawings including utilities and infrastructure
- Review data from engineers and ensure design compliance
