Advertising Sales Manager, Spain (London based)

We're looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our Spanish Growth team in London. As a Growth Advertising Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising deals.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
• A proven track record in B2B sales and / or performance marketing
• Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
