Job Description
Join the leading performance-driven advertising company in the open web as a Business Development Representative. You'll be responsible for re-defining the outbound playbook, prospecting and testing new sales tools, setting appointments for Sales Reps and driving significant revenue growth in the DACH market.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English
- 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR/Sales experience in a B2B environment or performance marketing
- Prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
- Good written and verbal communication skills, willingness to do cold calling
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
