Publisher Sales Manager, SMB - Brazil

As a Publisher Sales Manager, SMB in our São Paulo office, you will play a key role in driving new business, managing the full sales cycle end-to-end, and onboarding a high volume of publisher partners. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, curious, and analytical, with a strong desire to build a career in sales and make a direct revenue impact.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales (not limited to digital/advertising) with exposure to full-cycle selling
• Strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and negotiation
• Analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and revenue projections
• Ability to translate data into clear business value for clients
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
• Fast learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
