Job Description
Tabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist to support signed customers with implementation and onboarding until full go-live. The role requires experience in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and technical systems.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups
- Strong technical acumen and ability to assess both a customer's technical stack and Tabs' product to design advanced workflows
- Experience integrating ERPs such as NetSuite or Sage, ideally in a fintech or SaaS environment
- Background with finance and accounting software; Big Four or CPA certification a plus
