We are looking for a Sr Client Relationship Manager to support our Sales team in managing complex accounts to achieve revenue targets, developing strong relationships with buying personas, and identifying new opportunities among existing clients.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of market, customers, and competition through business analytics
- Well-developed, complex territory/account plans
- Pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Strong relationships with buying personas
- Ability to develop and implement robust account plans
- Significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others internally and externally at the director level
