As our Office Manager, you ensure that 110 highly motivated people can focus on building the future of industrial procurement. You shape how Tacto feels as a company every day, from a perfectly stocked kitchen to memorable team events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management, hospitality, event coordination, or a comparable service role
- Fluent German and conversational English
- Proactive, organized, and reliable
- Good taste and ability to make decisions with confidence and style
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or hospitality/hotel background is a plus
