TAE Power Solutions is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth through direct customer acquisition and strategic relationship building across the stationary energy storage ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level technical sales leadership with a consistent track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- 10+ years in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and renewable energy industry, with 5+ years of experience in stationary data centre BESS-related sales, specifically ERCOT
- Strong working knowledge of both hardware and software components of stationary energy storage systems
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial structures, pricing, and contracts for development programs and component sales
- Experience bringing new technologies to market from a Tier 1 supplier or OEM environment
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at the highest levels
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel-based minimum) to evaluate novel commercial and partnership structures
