Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to answer and resolve customer questions or issues in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Onboard new client accounts
• Conduct outreach to maintain client relationships
• Exercise discretion by pricing and quoting client estimates
• Process new accounts by obtaining approvals and ensuring client documentation is returned and approved
• Collaborate with sales, design, procurement, and construction teams
