Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or analytics solutions
- Proven record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling to marketing, e-commerce, or data teams, with a strong grasp of their challenges and KPIs
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, tracking, and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, consent management)
- Comfortable discussing technical topics with developers and data teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a scaling startup environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both C-level executives and operational stakeholders
- Structured, analytical approach, using data and CRM tools to manage pipeline effectively
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, staying ahead of digital trends and love testing new ideas
- Collaborative attitude, sharing insights, giving feedback, and helping shape commercial strategy as we grow
