Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, implementation, or technical consulting (preferably SaaS/tech)
- Strong project management skills and experience with complex implementations
- Leadership experience and the ability to grow teams
- Affinity with tracking and data
- Experience with sales support or pre-sales projects
- Strategic, analytical, and hands-on
- Strong communication skills towards clients and internal teams
