Taiho Oncology is looking for an Oncology Account Manager to promote and sell their existing oncology products within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, with a minimum of 2 years of oncology experience.
Requirements
- Responsible for the on-label promotion and sales of existing oncology products within the Taiho Oncology portfolio.
- Meet with customers/health care professionals to understand their practices and provide information on Taiho oncology products and services.
- Drive sales through face-to-face interactions and implementation of innovative tools and analytical processes.
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan with specific tactics aligned to the brand strategy and designed to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Tracks sales activities and reports those activities in the CRM system.
- Serves as a role model for corporate compliance by ensuring all business practices within region are compliant with the Taiho Oncology, Inc., Compliance Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures and all other applicable laws, regulations, policies & procedures.
