We are seeking an Inside Salesperson to plan and build processes from start to finish as our company's first Inside Salesperson. The position is critical in expanding sales and maximizing sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 years or more of Inside Sales or Account Sales experience in the IT industry
- Ability to closely collaborate with executive-level customers and key individuals such as CxO and LoB
- Strong business development skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to cycle through data-based hypothesis verification (PDCA)
- Business-level Japanese language skills
