Lead Distribution Staff

The Lead Distribution Staff is responsible for overseeing the efficiency, productivity, and workload of their team, while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Prior experience in a production/distribution/warehouse environment
• At least one (1) year of processing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center environment
• At least one (1) year of experience in the use of warehouse technology, including RF scanners to perform daily functions
• Basic knowledge of computer (PC) skills
• Knowledgeable in the use of warehouse management systems (Manhattan WMS preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good math and counting skills (must be able to pass a basic math and reasoning assessment)
• Ability to read labels and locations accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with others and possess good work ethics
• Self-motivator with willingness to take on new tasks, challenges, and opportunities
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Must have excellent attention to detail with minimal errors
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to meet production quotas and rate-per-hour
• Must always maintain a professional and positive attitude with the highest level of customer service
• Ability to work in all areas of the distribution center and perform any necessary job duties as assigned
