Lead Distribution Staff

As a Tuxedo Outbound Lead, you must be dependable, responsible, and able to work at a fast pace while being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. This includes properly monitoring the efficiency, productivity, and overall workload of your team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, additional education is a plus
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center environment with strong work ethics and a high degree of excellence
• Prior working experience in a production, distribution, and warehouse environment
