Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Manager for fiber optic construction projects for multi-dwelling units (MDU's). The role involves overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and driving alignment between internal teams and project goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in broadband, telecommunications, construction operations, or a related industry
- Proven leadership experience driving business strategy, operational performance, KPIs, and P&L results
- Experience working on multi-dwelling unit (MDU) projects a plus
