Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Manager for its fiber optic construction projects for multi-dwelling units (MDU's). The successful candidate will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive alignment between internal teams and project goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in broadband, telecommunications, construction operations, or a related industry
- Proven leadership experience driving business strategy, operational performance, KPIs, and P&L results
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
- Experience working on multi-dwelling unit (MDU) projects a plus
