Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to support both aerial and underground telecom construction in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role involves performing manual labor tasks, assisting with fiber installation, and supporting aerial and underground crews.
Requirements
- Strong daily commitment to safety
- Consistent track record of delivering high-quality work
- Ability to solve complex field problems with a hands-on approach
- Practical experience in overhead construction for fiber
- Extensive knowledge coax and fiber network architecture, design, and bill of materials
- Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation
- Knowledge of applicable city, county, and state clearance codes
- Comfortable working directly with field crews and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs
