Underground Laborer, Telecom

TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join its team in Arizona. The role involves performing hands-on tasks such as trenching, conduit placement, and fiber installation, as well as assisting with fiber blowing and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Strong daily commitment to safety
• Consistent track record of delivering high-quality work
• Ability to solve complex field problems with a hands-on approach
• Practical experience in overhead construction for fiber
• Extensive knowledge of coax and fiber network architecture, design, and bill of materials
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation
• Knowledge of applicable city, county, and state clearance codes
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
