We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner with 8+ years of progressive experience to join Take-Two's global HR team in London, UK for a 12–14 month maternity coverage. The role will provide strategic HR partnership to employee groups across North America and EMEA, and will be a key driver across various corporate functions, providing professional HR insights, strategic coaching, and operational execution required to ensure our people processes remain seamless across all territories.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- University degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of UK Employment Law, along with a strong working knowledge of North American HR practices and statutory compliance
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent
- Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across various regions
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to manage competing global priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Experience with Workday HRIS, Google Suite, and advanced Microsoft Excel
