Job Description
As a Center Supervisor at BioLife Plasma Services, you will oversee employee performance, inventory control, and operational efforts at one of our plasma donation centers. You will work with donors to resolve concerns and analyze opportunities for improvement. You will also perform tasks related to Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
