Center Supervisor

As a Center Supervisor, you will oversee employee performance and scheduling, lead Inventory Control efforts, and work with donors to resolve concerns. You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events and perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. You will also foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
