This role supports the organization's IT platform by creating effective training programs and ensuring they meet the needs of various internal teams.

- Quality & compliance: Apply Takeda’s instructional standards and adult learning best practices; ensure content quality, accessibility and correct use of corporate branding, policies and any regulatory requirements.
- Continuous improvement: Use learner feedback and analytics to iterate content, measure learning effectiveness (completion, knowledge checks, application) and optimize for adoption.
- Delivery support: Support live sessions (facilitation support, train-the-trainer), office hours, and champion programs; prepare facilitators and maintain facilitator materials.
- Tooling & production: Author and maintain content in Bloom and in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate/Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent); prepare basic multimedia (video edits, captions) or coordinate with vendors where required.
