Operational Excellence Champion, Osaka Plant

The Operational Excellence Champion will lead the deployment of Operational Excellence at the Osaka Plant, driving business improvements and engaging employees. The role involves leading and accelerating eAGILE initiatives, delivering the eAGILE program, building site capability, and participating in the eAGILE Community of Practice.

Requirements

• Improvement activity experience (OE/Lean/CI)
• English proficiency (TOEIC 730 points or higher)
• Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, and digital tools experience
• Six Sigma or Lean expertise
• Pharmaceutical operations knowledge
• Quality, Technical Services, or Manufacturing experience
