Job Description
The Senior OE Champion, Business Excellence, will serve as a site-level technical expert and coach in Lean, Six Sigma, and the AGILE Operating System (AOS) to ensure effective application and embedding at gemba. They will build deep and sustainable Operational Excellence (OE) capability by coaching leaders, managers, OE Champions, and teams through hands-on application, enabling teams to solve problems and improve performance independently.
Requirements
- Third level qualification in Scientific or Engineering discipline
- Lean or Six Sigma qualification desirable
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments desirable
