Job Description
Tako is a unified people operations platform that becomes the source of intelligence for Brazilian companies. We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to develop scalable products that automate complex operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing, preferably using AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a product- and user-centered approach.
- Proven history of leadership and/or delivery of important projects in complex or high-growth environments.
