Customer Marketing Manager

Taktile is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join their marketing team and turn customers into a powerful growth engine by deepening relationships, generating proof points, and driving expansion.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer marketing, customer success marketing, or a closely related marketing role
• Proven ability to build customer advocacy programs and produce high-quality case studies and reference content
• Strong relationship skills - comfortable engaging (senior) stakeholders at enterprise accounts
• Experience working cross-functionally with customer success and sales teams
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate content, research, and customer insight synthesis
