Lead Solution Engineer

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will work with customers to implement Taktile's platform and help them make smarter, safer decisions. The role involves building strong customer relationships, leading complex customer projects, and influencing Taktile's product roadmap. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or a related field
• Intermediate-level Python skills and experience with REST APIs, ML models, and AI use cases
• Experience working with financial services industry and domain expertise in banking, insurance, or capital markets
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong customer relationship building and communication skills
