Lead Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

Taktile is a software provider for automated decision-making in the financial services industry. We are looking for a Lead Solution Engineer to join our team in Berlin, London, or New York City. As a Lead Solution Engineer, you will take ownership of our mission to transform our customers' decisioning infrastructure and help them optimize and automate complex, critical business decisions using state-of-the-art technology, including the latest advances in AI.

Requirements

• Build strong customer relationships with stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Have intermediate-level Python skills and be comfortable writing, testing, and debugging code in customer-facing or production-adjacent environments
• Be curious and customer-centric, with a willingness to learn about customers' and prospects' businesses and help them solve challenges
