We are looking for a Business & Risk Manager, Customer & Brand to shape how Customer & Brand delivers with confidence, clarity and strong governance. The role requires a strategic and commercial leader with 7+ yearsâ experience in business management, strategy or planning roles, ideally within financial services or insurance.
Requirements
- 7+ yearsâ experience in business management, strategy or planning roles
- Strong risk and regulatory capability, with proven experience across risk management, compliance and frameworks
- Influential stakeholder partner, able to engage, challenge and influence senior leaders through clear, confident communication
- Deliveryâfocused people leader with strong financial acumen, project coordination skills and the ability to lead teams and complex initiatives simultaneously
